Welcome to ZelvoBook ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, APIs, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account or using ZelvoBook, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

 * Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use ZelvoBook.

 * Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile credentials updated.

 * Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

 * One Account Per Person: ZelvoBook represents Real People. Real Moments. Operating impersonation profiles or unauthorized secondary accounts is strictly prohibited.

2. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of the text, photos, videos, links, and other media you submit, post, or display on ZelvoBook ("User Content").

A. License Granted to ZelvoBook

By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant ZelvoBook a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license (with the right to sub-license) to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for operating, promoting, and improving the Platform according to your chosen privacy settings.

B. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in or encourage any of the following:

 * Hate Speech & Harassment: Bullying, stalking, intimidating, defaming, or harassing any individual or group.

 * Illegal & Dangerous Content: Posting violent threats, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual sexual content, or promoting self-harm.

 * Spam & Fraud: Distributing unsolicited promotions, pyramid schemes, phishing links, or engaging in automated bot activity.

 * Intellectual Property Infringement: Uploading content that violates trademarks, copyrights, or patent rights belonging to third parties.

 * System Abuse: Reverse-engineering, scraping, hacking, overloading, or attempting to compromise platform security or APIs.

3. Community Moderation & Enforcement

 * Content Review: We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to monitor, review, or remove User Content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

 * Account Suspension & Termination: We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, cause legal risk, or compromise platform integrity.

 * Appeals: If your account or content has been penalized, you may contact our moderation support team for a review.

4. Intellectual Property of ZelvoBook

All software, design elements, branding, logos, trademarks, and interfaces associated with ZelvoBook remain the exclusive property of ZelvoBook and its licensors. You may not use our brand assets or logos without express prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Links & Integrations

The Platform may contain links to external third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ZelvoBook. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

 * "As Is" Basis: ZelvoBook is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

 * No Guarantee of Continuous Service: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free, or error-free operation of the Platform.

 * Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZelvoBook and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or personal injury resulting from your use of or inability to access the Platform.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZelvoBook, its affiliates, and representatives against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your infringement of third-party rights.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time. When substantial changes occur, we will provide at least 14 days' notice through on-platform notices or email before new terms take effect. Your continued use of ZelvoBook following the effective date of revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in courts located within our designated jurisdiction.
